Why do I need to recalibrate when I analyse a new video?

Because software can't tell if there are differences in calibration between videos so standard practice requires users to recalibrate each time.

However, there is a shortcut. You can enter the calibration factor manually in the Advance Calibration tool in the main tool area.

The calibration factor is shown on screen for you after you have done a normal calibration.
