How do I capture images of the screen for reports etc?

You have 2 options here and both options are tools in the main tool area.

One is to copy an area (including drawings) you select (click and drag to grab an area) to the clipboard.

The other is to copy the whole analysis screen (including drawings) to the clipboard.

Then you can paste this into other applications like Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.
