I just updated to Windows 10 and now Pro8 won't show videos, why?

To solve this reinstall the Pro8 software.

Go to our Download page and download the latest version and then install it.

NOTE: If you already have the latest version, you will first need to go to Windows Control Panel and uninstall Pro 8. Then you can reinstall it.
