What is the difference between Video Device Settings and Capture Settings?

Video Device Settings are set before capture and are the settings the system uses to receive the live video feed from your camera(s) and also what resolution and frame rate the videos will be saved at.

Capture Settings are what happens during capture, for example the Time Shift, capture length, file name, etc.
